At Avaya Wellness Center, we accept Cigna, United health care and some Blue Shield plans. We are a preferred provider for Cigna. We are an out-of-network provider for Aetna, Blue Cross, and Anthem. For Anthem and Blue cross we provide super-bills that are directly reimbursed to the patient based on their benefits. If you do not see your insurance on the list, we are happy to check your benefits for you.
